The Ever After Estate has multiple video game arcades, pinballs, novelty machines, and even a skeeball alley! There's a gorgeous movie theater with video game consoles and seats that recline so luxuriously that many groups have their teenagers use them for sleeping (and late night movie watching/game playing)! There's not only a karaoke room but also a ball pit room filled with 23,000+ colorful air-filled balls and 2 story enclosed speed slide!
Outdoor Entertainment
The Estate's 62+ gorgeous acres include a waterfall-fed lagoon pool, outdoor movie theater, 14 hole mini golf course, sports courts, horseshoes, tetherball, volleyball, carousel horse rides, playgrounds, fishing, a campfire, & more!
Bedrooms (Additional Sleeping Quarters Are Also Available)
Our 13 oversized bedrooms are each appointed with gorgeous furniture, decorations, & luxury bedding. Clicking any photo below will bring you to that bedroom's page featuring more photos and 360 degree panoramic virtual tours --bringing the entire room to your computer screen as if you were actually there! Remember: In addition to our 13 bedrooms, we also provide a sleeper sofa, a futon, up to 14 air mattresses, several pack-n-play cribs, & more. As mentioned previously, many guests also use the movie theater's 9 fully-reclining seats as beds (teens especially!)...
Kitchens & Dining
The Ever After Estate has 2 full indoor kitchens, 1 partial kitchen, and a full outdoor/summer grill kitchen. There is silverware/plates etc; for dozens of guests, most cooking equipment, appliances, multiple sinks & dishwashers, etc;

- What Are The Main Differences Between Renting The "Full Property" vs. Renting "Partially?" (the "Guest Houses")

When you rent the full property, you get the entire 62 acre estate including the main house AND the guest houses all to yourselves and you can sleep up to 43 people. When you rent just the guest houses, the main house may be occupied by the owner and his wife and you can sleep up to 22 people in the guest houses. The guest houses are tucked away behind trees hundreds of feet from the main house and are still very private. Renting the guest houses is a great way to experience our unique property for less.
- If My Group Rents The Full Estate, Will We Have The Entire Property All To Ourselves?

Yes! Renting the full 62 acre estate means that no one else will stay on site during your visit. You'll have the main house AND the guest houses all to yourselves and can sleep up to 43 people.
- If We Only Do A Partial Rental (The Guest Houses), Will Other People Be Staying There With Us?

When you rent the entire property, absolutely NO ONE else will be staying there but you. If you rent only the guest houses, there will be CLOSE to no one else there. Only the owner (Andrew Greenstein) and his wife (Belinda Greenstein) will stay nearby at the 'main house' while you occupy the guest houses hundreds of feet away. Andrew & Belinda will be living their own busy lives and remain virtually unseen unless you want to meet them or if you have any questions or require assistance. Most guests find this setup to be ideal because "the neighbors" (Andrew & Belinda) are still further away from where you'll be staying than the neighbors would be at almost any other vacation rental and it'll still essentially feel like you have a huge island property to yourselves. The guest houses can sleep up to 22 people so as long as you don't have more than that in your group, this is a great way to save money and still experience this one-of-a-kind unique private estate!
- Do We Still Have Private Access To The Pool & Outdoor Amenities If We Rent Only The Guest Houses?

Absolutely! The owners will not be swimming while you're swimming and they will not be using any outdoor amenities while you are. Your time using the grounds will be your own private time whether your rent the entire property or just the two guest houses.

The owners only rent out the entire estate a few weeks each year (when they travel). If you're adamant about renting the entire property but don't see your dates available, it can't hurt to ask!
